At Awesome Assets, we take great care to ensure every comic and collectible is accurately described, carefully packed, and promptly shipped. Please review our policy below before placing your order.
Order Cancellations
All order cancellations must be made before the item is mailed.
Once your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
Returns & Exchanges
No returns are accepted once an item has been mailed.
If you receive the wrong item, we will gladly replace it with the correct one at no additional cost to you.
The incorrect item must be returned to us using the prepaid postage label we provide before the replacement is shipped.
Damaged Items
We pack every order with care to ensure safe delivery.
Any item damaged during shipment is the responsibility of the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx).
If your order arrives damaged, please file a damage claim directly with the shipping company.
We’ll gladly assist by providing any documentation or proof of value needed to support your claim.
